Transmission Servicing

We are able to offer a rare and valuable service to owners of vehicles with Automatic transmission. This is a full transmission flush and service without dismantling.

We have a specially imported machine from America (the home of the Auto box!) which introduces a special cleaning fluid to the transmission. This is followed, after a short period to allow the fluid to work around the sytem, by the machine removing the old fluid and introducing the new without ever allowing the two to mix. Finally a special treament is put in with the new fluid. This whole process is done with the vehicle running and usually takes no more than about half an hour! It is best likened to a type of dialysis.

Carrying out this service at about every 20,000 miles or so will greatly increase the service life of the transmission as well as keeping it running more efficiently. The service changes over 97% of the fluid.

Vehicle Air Conditioning

We are also fully qualified Air Conditioning specialists.

Using our modern Texa Air Conditioning unit we can properly service the air conditioning system on your vehicle.

This sealed unit succesfully recovers any refrigerant in the system and filters it, seperating any oil etc. Using the inbuilt database the machine then selects exactly the correct refilling program for the vehicle. This ensures your vehicle system is correclty recharged whilst also ensuring that during the process no refrigerant has been leaked to atmosphere.

Fabrication

Skilled in welding both in MiG and TiG process we can also offer you a light fabrication service in mild & stainless steel and aluminium.

We can offer a CAD design service as well as machining and laser cutting.

Motorsport

Our motorsport roots can be traced back to the 1970`s since when we have been actively involved in mainly off-road comp-safari racing.

Our latest creation which we are pleased to offer customers (built to order) is the Vampire Buggy.
